Terms and conditions of hire

  • The owner and/or employees of Mr Jump do not accept liability for loss/damage/injury to any person(s) attempting to use any of the equipment.

  • The person responsible for the hire (known as the "hirer") of the supplied equipment acknowledges that it is necessary at all times to have a responsible adult in attendance to supervise children on the jumping castle and/or any additional equipment supplied.   The hirer also undertakes to ensure strict compliance herewith and simultaneously idemnifies the owner and/or employees of Mr Jump against any claim that may be made against the owner and/or employees of Mr Jump arising out of any injury or damage sustained by any person(s) utilising the jumping castle and any other supplied equipment.

  • All damages incurred to the jumping castle and/or motor and/or any other equipment while in possession of the hirer will be payable by the hirer unless mutually agreed to in writing by both parties.

  • Weather risks reside with the hirer and full payment becomes due and payable upon delivery and set-up of the jumping castle and related equipment.
